While I take a creativity break, I am preparing part I of our USA-trip.

Besides designing our itinerary, this also means for me reading as much as possible about the destinations that are ahead of us. For I know I enjoy all these beautiful places even more when I have background information on e.g. the history. So currently I read about elk, bears and buffalo, the Oregon Trail, Shoshones and Geronimo. About hardship suffered by the pioneers of those days and life in the mining cities.

A big compliment for our island's Public Library, which provides me with all information I might need. And I once again realise how lucky I am...
